National Sales Operations
Location: Australia
Branch: Perth
Description
Provides support to the Director of Sales Operations, Vice Presidents, Sales Managers, and the branch personnel to ensure their efficient operation. 
 
Acts as a resource for these leaders to understand and implement sales processes, company policies and procedures; demonstrates and promotes wellness culture while maintaining a positive attitude dedicated to customer service. Communicates best practices within Sales Operations and assists in the launch of new company initiatives.
 

Assists branches with coordination or facilitation of training on the company’s procedures and system. Works with branches and corporate departments to identify opportunities for improvement and facilitates activities to improve branch and regional performance.

 
Requirements

• Business related degree from a 4-year College or University with 3-5 years architectural experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have good working knowledge of wellness sales system or hotel business.
• Knowledge of Hotel, Resort, Wellness Centres, etc.
• Possess knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Requires excellent oral and written communications skills along with ability to present information effectively.
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to travel at least 35% of the time, minimum.

Sales Rapresentative
Location: Australia
Description
Provides support to the Director of Sales Operations, Vice Presidents, Sales Managers, and the branch personnel to ensure their efficient operation. 
 
Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Travel to visit potential buyers and current clients.
  • Discuss clients' needs, and how our company's products or services can meet those needs.
  • Show products or catalogs. Give information about prices and availability.
  • Take orders and resolve problems or complaints with the merchandise.
  • May help install new equipment and train employees.
  • Sell products that require technical expertise to install them.
  • May design proposed plans of equipment layout and suggest training schedules.
  • Estimate cost savings. Negotiate sales.
  • May work on a team with a technical expert.
  • May work with customers or architects to suggest how and where our products should be displayed.
  • Obtain new client accounts. Follow leads and participate in trade shows.
  • Analyze sales statistics and study product literature.
  • Prepare reports. Schedule appointments. File expense account reports.
 
Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong cold calling and business development skills
• Strong time management skills
• Success driven
• Computer literacy
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment
